Introductory walkthrough link broken

Introductory walkthrough on step 3 of 4, contains a link the user is supposed to click on. That link is an 'a' tag that contains no href... so it looks like a link, behaves like a link but has no linkable properties which is incredibly frustrating as an introductory experience.
