Issues with creating cards from Storygraph links

Currently having the following issues with cards created via Storygraph links.
1. When creating a card, the information is not generating. See 'card details' image below
2. When creating a card using the browser extension, only the title is generating, no description and no image (also Storygraph). See second attachment

I am using a Chrome Browser, the issues have occured with any Storygraph links I have tried. As a test I have tried an Amazon link. The issue from point 1 does NOT occur, but the issue from point 2 does with the Amazon link.
