From your AI agent when you send a message, and click 'report a bug' it sometimes directs you to raise a ticket, sometimes it doesn't... 
When you go through the other flow to finally be able to type a question... after typing it provides this forum as a solution...
I would clarify and align which approach you'd like to use as your preferred bug reporting solution.
