Mobile app: Pull to refresh on the list, not the card.

Currently in the mobile app, pull to refresh works if you start from a card and pull, but not when you swipe / pull from empty space. I'd argue the preferred behavior is that you're pulling the content well to refresh, and the content is just something in the content well, you're not pulling on the content itself.

This would make for a smoother refresh experience on mobile.
