White Label Customise options

Love the idea of custom domains, however, I probably wouldn't currently use it for stacks, as it has stacklist logo so prominently featured and usually if you are using custom domains, you also want to customise the look and feel. I am not saying full white label, but the option for us to have our own logo/text in the header, take out the 'login and sign up' buttons and let us focus on it being our curated stacklist. A powered by stacklist, with a login and signup in the footer, small enough not to take over the page.

We actually just did this.. check out my Stacklist profile here: kylehudson.xyz

You'll see that with custom domains we are no longer showing the logo + header at the top its just your profile.

@Kyle Hudson, thats great for the profile, but what if you are using a custom domain for a list or stack? It looks like the logo + header still appear on these?
